Our #1 priority for this project was bootstrapping an army of node runners. We rapidly achieved this goal by deploying highly targeted, multi-regional campaigns led by local ambassadors on targeted sub-channels. Our top regions were Turkey, Latam, Brazil, Portugal, France, India, Eastern Europe, and Africa. By structuring our campaign this way, we improved engagement to the point where sub-communities developed and autonomously launched marketing operations of their own.
